Why should I join?

Joining allows you to sell directly to consumers and specialty retailers, bypassing traditional distributors and wholesalers. You keep more of your margin, tell your brand story, and reach a wider, engaged audience that values craft and quality.

How does onboarding work?

It’s simple! Fill in the application form, and our team will guide you through a quick onboarding process. We’ll help you upload your products, integrate with your existing eCommerce platform, and launch your brand on the marketplace.

Do I need my own eCommerce store?

Not necessarily. While integration with Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms is seamless, we can also host your products directly on the Drinks Collective. You choose what works best for your business.

How much admin in involved?

After the initial setup which will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes of your time, no further admin is required, your products and orders will automatically syncronise between your ecommerce solution and the Drinks Collective. Any updates you make in your original store will automatically show on the Drinks Collective.

When will the Drinks Collective Launch?

We expect to launch to the public in the summer of 2026 or as soon as we have the first 100 Founding members onboard.

What Reach will the Drinks Collective have?

The Drinks Collective will be built as a consumer-first brand, following the proven playbook of digitally native platforms such as Moonpig.com starting online, scaling fast, and expanding into mass awareness channels.

How much does it cost to join?

We offer flexible options to suit every producer, from commission-only plans to subscription-based memberships. Subscription levels include a free option, and commission rates range from 10% to 18% depending on your chosen plan. This structure keeps it risk-free and fair for producers of all sizes.

Is there a minimum contract term?

There’s no long-term commitment. You can join with complete flexibility and cancel at any time, keeping full control over your participation.

Can I control pricing and promotions?

Yes. You set your product pricing, run promotions, and manage stock. You stay in full control of your brand and how it’s presented to the marketplace.

Who will see my products?

Your products are showcased to a growing community of craft enthusiasts, premium retailers, and trade buyers who value high-quality beverages. This ensures your brand is in front of the right audience.

Free Shipping & Age Verification

Shipping alcohol just got simpler. The Drinks Collective covers the cost of Age Verification at checkout, eliminating the need for costly age-verified courier services and giving you the freedom to include shipping within your pricing structure.

That means you can send a single bottle via Royal Mail for just £2.96 ex VAT keeping fulfilment costs low and margins healthy.

We recommend rolling shipping into your RRP for a seamless customer experience. Prefer to keep them separate? Our built-in price uplift feature automatically adjusts your product prices when importing, so you're always in control.

Absolutely. We use secure, industry-standard technology to manage payments, product data, and customer information, keeping your brand and transactions safe.
